Cloud Matcha

A light, refreshing, and creamy matcha drink layered over coconut water with a smooth vanilla finish, perfect for a soft and uplifting treat.

Ingredients:

  • 150 ml coconut water
  • 30 ml whipping cream
  • 10 ml milk
  • 10 ml vanilla syrup
  • 3 g matcha powder
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour in the coconut water.
  2. In a separate container, add the whipping cream, milk, vanilla syrup, and matcha powder.
  3. Blend with a manual frother for about 3 minutes, until the mixture becomes smooth, creamy, and well combined.
  4. Gently pour the matcha mixture over the coconut water to create a layered effect.
  5. Serve immediately.

For the best result: Froth the matcha mixture well to achieve a soft, cloud-like texture and a clean layered finish.
