A light, refreshing, and creamy matcha drink layered over coconut water with a smooth vanilla finish, perfect for a soft and uplifting treat.
Ingredients:
- 150 ml coconut water
- 30 ml whipping cream
- 10 ml milk
- 10 ml vanilla syrup
- 3 g matcha powder
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour in the coconut water.
- In a separate container, add the whipping cream, milk, vanilla syrup, and matcha powder.
- Blend with a manual frother for about 3 minutes, until the mixture becomes smooth, creamy, and well combined.
- Gently pour the matcha mixture over the coconut water to create a layered effect.
- Serve immediately.
