WITHIN THE UAE

We deliver our products throughout the UAE, excluding the western regions. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.

Free delivery charges will be applied for orders from AED 250 or above.

Delivery within the UAE typically takes 24 to 72 hours. Orders within Dubai and Abu Dhabi city areas are delivered within 48 hours, while other locations may take up to 72 hours. UAE delivery fees will be mentioned on the checkout page. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

You are required to give us a complete and exact delivery address. For the avoidance of doubt, this contains both the recipient's name and the address where your order will be delivered. We will not be liable for the delivery of your order as a result of you supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate information. Parcels may require a signature on delivery.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING OUTSIDE OF THE UAE

Normal shipping times for a product are between 4–6 business days from the fulfillment date.

Holidays may cause a slowdown due to the mail rush. All major holidays causing postal closures may create a two to three-day delay.

Orders placed outside the United Arab Emirates will be shipped with FedEx.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated by FedEx based on the weight and location of the order for orders outside the UAE. Shipping fees are to be paid by the customer.

Orders with a value of AED 1,000 and above require additional documentation as per the UAE Federal Tax Authority and customs export declaration requirements. To provide the FTA with documentation supporting the tax exemption for orders delivered outside the UAE, an additional fee of AED 130 will be charged for orders valued at AED 1,000 and above.

No taxes will be applied to the purchase of goods from the website for orders delivered outside of the United Arab Emirates.

Coffee beans are the only items currently available to purchase for orders with delivery locations outside of the UAE.

Generally, the maximum weight allowed for food items to be considered personal consumption under GCC country import regulations is 4kg. A maximum weight of 4kg will therefore be applied to orders delivered outside the UAE.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear in the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
