Grey Oat Matcha

A smooth and refreshing matcha drink layered with fragrant Earl Grey notes and creamy oat milk, perfect for a balanced and uplifting sip.

Ingredients:

  • 35 ml Earl Grey syrup

  • 5 ice cubes

  • 170 ml Oatly

  • 4 g matcha powder

  • 40 ml hot water

Instructions:

  1. In a tall glass, add the Earl Grey syrup.

  2. Add the ice cubes and pour in the cold oat milk.

  3. In a matcha bowl, whisk 4 g of matcha powder with 40 ml of hot water until smooth and free of clumps.

  4. Gently pour the matcha over the milk mixture to create a layered effect.

  5. Serve immediately.

For the best result: Whisk the matcha well until smooth to achieve a clean texture and a beautiful layered finish.
