Hojicha Cold Brew

A rich, refreshing, and creamy hojicha drink with smooth cold brew notes and a light touch of vanilla, finished with a hint of sea salt for extra depth.

Ingredients:

  • 80 ml Cold Brew RTD

  • 50 ml whipping cream

  • 20 ml vanilla bean base

  • 3 g hojicha powder

  • 1 g grated sea salt

  • Dark chocolate, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Fill a small glass with ice and pour in the Cold Brew RTD.

  2. In a separate container, add the whipping cream, vanilla bean base, hojicha powder, and grated sea salt.

  3. Mix for about 2 minutes using an electric hand mixer until smooth and homogeneous.

  4. Gently pour the mixture over the cold brew.

  5. Finish with dark chocolate as garnish and serve.

For the best texture: Make sure the cream mixture is fully smooth before pouring, so the drink stays layered and balanced.
