Hojicha Cold Brew

A rich, refreshing, and creamy hojicha drink with smooth cold brew notes and a light touch of vanilla, finished with a hint of sea salt for extra depth.
Ingredients:
- 80 ml Cold Brew RTD
- 50 ml whipping cream
- 20 ml vanilla bean base
- 3 g hojicha powder
- 1 g grated sea salt
- Dark chocolate, for garnish
Instructions:
- Fill a small glass with ice and pour in the Cold Brew RTD.
- In a separate container, add the whipping cream, vanilla bean base, hojicha powder, and grated sea salt.
- Mix for about 2 minutes using an electric hand mixer until smooth and homogeneous.
- Gently pour the mixture over the cold brew.
- Finish with dark chocolate as garnish and serve.
