Matcha Coconut Cloud

Matcha coconut cloud is a blend of coconut water topped with a cold, sweet cream matcha cold foam. The result? A refreshing matcha drink with a hint of coconut aroma. As fancy as it sounds, this drink is incredibly easy to make with just 5 ingredients. It’s the perfect swap for your matcha latte, with something light and hydrating. Plus, it’s a fun way to enjoy your matcha with a tropical touch.

  • Coconut Water
  • 50ml heavy cream
  • 10g Condensed Milk 
  • 20ml milk (of choice)
  • 3-4g of Miss Matcha

Start by prepping the matcha cold foam. Mix together heavy cream, condensed milk, and matcha powder. Using an electric whisk, beat everything until it reaches a slightly thick consistency.

In a glass, pour in the coconut water, then top it with the matcha cold foam you just made. Feel free to sprinkle a bit of matcha powder on top for a finishing touch.
