UBAE Matcha Cloud


A smooth and creamy layered drink made with sweet ube, fresh milk, and a soft matcha cream cloud. Finished with a light matcha dusting and dehydrated orange for a refreshing touch.

Ingredients

  • 5g ube powder
  • 2g matcha powder
  • 100ml fresh milk or milk alternative
  • 20ml fresh cream
  • 30ml vanilla bean syrup
  • 100g ice
  • 1 dehydrated orange wedge

Method

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ube powder and vanilla bean syrup. Whisk until fully dissolved.
  • Add the fresh milk and stir until smooth. Set aside.
  • Fill a glass with ice and pour in the ube mixture.
  • In a separate mixing jar, combine the matcha powder and fresh cream.
  • Use an electric frother to whip until light and foamy.
  • Gently pour the matcha foam over the ube mixture.
  • Lightly dust with matcha powder and garnish with a dehydrated orange wedge.

For the best result: Whisk the ube powder with vanilla bean syrup until fully smooth, and whip the matcha cream until light and airy for a clean cloud-like layer.
