Ingredients
100 g ice
100 ml milk
20 g heavy cream
20 g banana syrup
4 g Chocolate Matcha
3 g chocolate powder
Preparation
Mix the milk and banana syrup in your serving glass, then add the ice.
In a separate cup, combine the Chocolate Matcha with the heavy cream. Froth until smooth, creamy, and slightly thickened.
Slowly pour the matcha cream over the milk base and finish with a light dusting of chocolate powder.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For best results, keep refrigerated after opening and consume within 3 months.
