Ingredients
100 g ice
100 ml soda water
20 g honey
3 g Yuzu Matcha Powder
20 ml water
3 ml lemon juice
Lemon slices for garnish
Preparation
Whisk the Yuzu Matcha Powder with the water and honey until smooth.
Fill a glass with ice, add the lemon juice, then slowly pour in the soda water.
Gently pour the prepared Yuzu Matcha over the top. Garnish with lemon and stir gently before drinking.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For best results, keep refrigerated after opening and consume within 3 months.
